What to do about your hair for your Wedding?
by Teri Parks,
Bohemian Barber

As the bride to be plans her attire for her special day, second to the gown itself, her hairstyle is the icing on the cake.  This, as all other parts of your wedding day, has to be planned into chain of
events leading up to your walk down the aisle.

Today with wedding consultants, guides and planners; getting  the perfect
hairstyle to match your gown, is now very easy.

Most salons can pamper and prepare an entire wedding party on the day of the
event.

Everything from pedicures, manicures, relaxing massage, facials, make-up
application and finally, finishing with the hairstyle can be done as a group.

If you do not want  that extra attention and would prefer to handle one head
of hair, your own, that is not a problem.
Brides will certainly receive the utmost careful attention from the stylist as
they understand the significance of this paramount event for the bride.

A trial run of the hairstyle, once it is chosen to compliment the gown, is
usually a terrific idea to set the bride at ease. This allows both stylist and bride
to be a chance to time the procedure of putting the hairstyle together and allows
each an opportunity to see how the chosen style will hold up for the wedding. The
last thing either person wants is a limp hairdo at the reception!

Hair accessories accent a simple hairstyle quiet nicely. A French twist seems
to be a favorite for most dressy occasions. A nice and different look is a
romantic style where some hair is up and/or twisted around the crown of the head, while
some tresses of hair are down nestled on the shoulders.

Its a good idea to make sure that you still look like the person your fiancée' proposed to!

Remember, the groom also must plan to have himself coifed for his special day
as well. It is not an unfamiliar request for grooms and their entourage' try
and get a haircut the day of their wedding.
Schedule for the two of you during that part of the entire planning.

One more word of advice, wear a button down shirt the day of your hair appointment so
you do not muss  the style when you are ready to change. Bring your veil!!
If you are going to color or highlight your hair previous, make this too a part of the trial run as to assure a perfect look.

Your stylist will know that you may be nervous, so relax and know they will
have scheduled plenty of time to take care of all your beauty needs in the salon.

Have a beautiful and stylish event!
